His diverse expertise in construction oversight includes educational, governmental, healthcare, recreational, and residential building types. His attention to detail and his thorough understanding of how buildings should go together give him strong construction administration abilities. He is responsible for maintaining the project schedule, clear communication with builders and facilitating pre-construction meetings to provide clear definition of project goals and owner expectations, contractor submittal reviews, product samples, and shop drawings for conformance to the contract drawings and specifications.
