Tom is a 30-year member and former President of the firm. He is a skilled project manager and recognized leader of Justice Facility Planning with decades of experience in courthouse, correctional institutions, and law enforcement facility delivery. Tom continues to support the team in service to select clients and projects, taking a “hands-on” approach to ensure project success from early programming through construction completion.
